In keeping with the challenge you could crop to the elbows up - way cute tiny feet in fancy shoes - with the shimmering pink would be lovely. The shadows on the side of your subject could be cropped out or avoided altogether by moving your subject away from the backdrop or not using the flash - your choice.

... and it is just getting started... nothing sexier than a well dressed man... except, well - anyway - this is a nice shot. Good use of angles nice reptilian draping of the tie and no distractions from the subject. Back and white heightens the subjects importance and the lighting shows off the natural wear of the shoes. Good job!

Yep, those are footwear - but there is no story here - put them in the grass - let your picture tell a story. Nice lighting, nice wide angle effect on the right shoe -

Nice shoes and socks - crop out the rest or shorten your depth of field and this could be quite a picture. The wrist is distracting and the facial expression does not match the bright and cheery reds.

Nice shadows and pink - the background does not match the photo though - unfinished pine does not go with fishnet and black leather. A little too much thigh showing as well, everyone likes a teaser - not something too easy. Try using a little more angle - this was a great composition idea!!!
