the great blueby the great ubaldoComment: The ball is certainly blue, and the concentric circles make a nice pattern. Overall, however, the image is a single color that fills almost the entire frame, making the shot look somewhat uninteresting. Plus, you have to be careful when using the flash close up-- it can give a harsh reflection. |

Shades of Blueby mthrgse49Comment: Nice subject. Fun "swirl" patterns in the reflections. Using the full 640 pixels and correcting the minor clockwise rotation would help the score a bit. |

6 - High Straightby ReallyColorBlindComment: I love the idea for this shot! A couple of concerns, though: It would be nice to have a bit more depth of field. The closest die is in focus, but it would be nice if the others were, too. Also, I wonder if a more neutral colored background would have made the blue dice stand out more? All in all, a nice shot! |
