School Daysby JudiComment: nice idea, the lighting and focus on her face are great - I think I would have liked to see the apple in sharper focus as well, and maybe turned a little bit so that bad spot isn't showing. Certainly meets the challenge - good job :) |

The Village Schoolby RiponladyComment: seems a little over sharp, and I have to rely on your title to tell me that this is in fact a school, otherwise I don't see a connection to the challenge theme, maybe if you had captured some students walking with books, or included the school sign, I do like the perspective with including the fence though:) |

Portal to Knowledge....circa 1905by xtineComment: this wouldn't portray education to me without your title but that's OK - I like the color used as well as the slight softness it has - the crop seems a bit strange, I either want to see more or less on the sides - not sure which, it's a very nice image - good job processing :) |
