Colours are great. Focus on the bird is crisp, like the small DOF look. Really a nice photograph all round.

The colours of the water here really look inviting. Image is nicely composed, DOF good too.
IMHO, I think there are a couple of things that would really make this photograph stand out.
1) Bit of burn on the trees a bit further back and up the side of the mountain.
2) Sky colour work, bit of a richer saturation might do the trick.
Otherwise, very nice.

Very good, however I think flipping the image would maybe have had a little more impact, with the Canon trademark etc being readable. Granted, you would then be left-eye dominant.... Hmmmmmm.

Certainly a nice GSP. Good photograpg, eyes clear and I like the expression on the face. Two things though, I think the photograph would have been just that much better if you had got the front paws too. 7
The second (didn't affect my vote) but I think the subject would have looked better without the shock collar.... but then again I suppose it adds some weight to the hunting theme. Well done
