Through the windowby Travis99Comment: How does the division of your picture into three frames enhance the photo? How does this "tell...a story or illustrates a concept or object" better than the original image? |

Garbage ... Where???by TejComment: Beautiful! I really like the composition, the motion blur of the broom and foot, and the bright color in an otherwise rather high key image. 10 |

Smoking: A "waste" of lifeby cowcollectComment: Although I agree with the sentiment, this challenge is about the image, not a pun title. That said, the orientation of the pack serves to draw the viewer into the picture. The cropping, however, is problematic: the shadow on the left should not have been cut off, and it might have been better if the package had not been truncated at the top. Overall, the image is muddy...no real blacks or whites...trypunching it up by adjusting with 'levels' in Photoshop (or, better, with 'curves'). |

Dumpsterby JaniePants4Comment: Really nice abstract. Would be improved by correcting the vingnetting/uneave lighting.
The image itself does not say 'garbage'...only the title does. 6 |

Peak District Triptych by FalcComment: The background image is absolutely stunning...a winner in any landscape challenge. Unfortunately, the insets detract from, rather than enhance, this fine image. 8 |

Garbage Dayby Shan2112Comment: For me it would br a much stronger image if the left third were cropped away. |
