Thank you everyone who voted for this image. As I had said in the description I had asked for this challenge a while ago and it just blows me away how so many real photographers are shooting on DPC. You can see that you can capture a really colorful and detailed image with your camera if you know how to use it. Everyone doesn't have to be a Photoshop wizard to capture real beauty with your camera. Thanks to the people who choose the challenges and hopefully someday we will be working on Straight from the camera X challenge.

For those who voted for my image, thanks. This is my highest ranking and also highest rated image since I joined DPC over a year ago. Little by little I am getting better and some of you are the reason. Thanks.

Good not great but very good. My thinking is less is more with fireworks though my entry was a lot of them so who knows. You captured a lot of different explosions here; maybe one or two less would have made it perfect. Just me, I could be wrong.
