Delirious Puppet Crewby aznymComment: I love the idea here. One of the most creative concepts in the challenge. The shots is crisp and professional looking as well. The band name might be a little bit of a stretch, but a lot of real band names are pretty bizarre, so I could imagine it being real. Great work. |

Dynamic Percussion Companyby ToddhComment: I like your idea here but for some reason the result rubs me the wrong way. I'm not exactly sure what it is though. I think maybe the multiple hand captures don't really seem to convey a sense of motion to me as much as a bunch of hands being held still at different heights. Maybe just having fewer hand captures, say three, that were a little more spread out and not overlapping as much would make me like it more. Anyway, a great idea and I certainly wouldn't say the execution is bad on it either, I just get the feeling that I could be drawn into this so much more than I am. Sorry I can't quite put my finger on how though. |

the Dakota Pickin' Clubby joebokComment: The desaturated foreground with just a hint of color showing in the background was an excellent choice here. The effect works great. In fact, the sharp close up foreground with the blurred player in the background works well too. I'm not sure the text matches the tone of the shot though. |

Driving People Crazy!by BassieComment: The band name doesn't appeal to me much, but the photo has a great quirky feel to it, and I think you chose text that worked well with that. |

Deadly Prophetz Crewby flip89Comment: The shot doesn't seem quite "polished" enough for me to picture it on an actual album cover, but it's a great location idea for a shot, and executed pretty well on the whole. I'm not sure if your models were voluntary or candidly captured, but their posing might have been improved. Also a little more depth of field might have helped put them into better focus without giving up the focus on the reflective dome. Anyway, cool concept. Nice work. |

DPC - Demerging Personality Conflict by kiwinessComment: I really like this photo a lot. The tones are strong, the expression/emotion comes through well. It's interesting and would both attract attention and be memorable. Unfortunately I think your band name is rather unrealistic. It's not really catchy, cool, or easy to remember, so I can't imagine an actual band using it. Of course, I'm more interested in the photo than the name. Great work on the whole. 9 |

Dumb Pussy Catsby darixComment: I really like this. The band name is not only believable but somewhat likable. The photo is crisp, amusing, memorable, fits stylisticly with the band name, and functions well compositionally as an album cover. Great work. |

Winning Hand, I mean Bandby troyloxComment: The shot might make a pretty good album cover, but I doubt the band name would work out very well. I especially think including the "AKA: The Joker" was a bad idea. |
