I was very excited about this shot until I scrolled down. The clouds are beautiful and perfectly exposed. Unfortunately, the sun seriously detracts from the shot as it's overpoweringly bright and overexposed. I can certainly see that you would want something in the foreground to add interest, I think that, ultimately, you would have done better to crop it.

Strange...I can't really tell you why I like this shot so much but I really do. The depth of field is really good and having it shot off level adds to the interest.

I think there's a really good shot here but the picture looses a lot of impact with the hydrant right in the center.

I'd love to see this shot with the hydrant off center (think of the "rule of thirds") or maybe even in landscape as opposed to portrait.

Nice shot and good use of a short depth of field but I think you could have benifited with just a tad more. I'd have liked to see all of the...er...tuning pin thingy's be in focus.

Um...I don't mean this harshly but did the camera go off accidentally? Poorly exposed, out of focus, tilted and no subject.

Take time to compose your photo's. Don't rush and, by all means, take a good look at them before you submit them.

Yup...pretty good contrast and while, as stone walls go, it's an interesting shot, there's not a lot of interest here.

You know, this shot, this exact shot, has been done 1000's of times but it's still beautiful and your use of a polarizer really helped with color saturation. If this were a more original shot I'd certainly give you a much higher score but it's still a good shot.
