Thanks a lot for your comments. I didn't really expect, that this shot will do very well in this challenge. This is a macro shot of a dandelion and to me its filigree beauty is a kind of pride too.

Creative idea, well executed = high quality photography. The high key concept is fit and proper. Im not sure about the focus area. Perhaps it would have been even better, with the mouth completely in focus? But this is nagging (is it the correct word?) on a very high level. One of the better shots I've see so far. Unfortunately not in perfect symmetry. A blue sky with some white clouds would have been even more impressive, but I could't change the weather myself too ;-)
