Good idea for a subject, but the lighting is flat, and the colors don't really "pop." Also, perhaps throwing the tubes at an angle could have made for a more dynamic composition?

Great background treatment! A lot of other people neglected to find some backdrop to complement the subject. The right side of the image looses some of the richer blue tones, however, and becomes "muddy" looking.

Interesting treatment of subject. One of the more interesting shots this time around. I like the color and range of tones. I'm not sure about the composition however. The horizontal bands are fine, but perhaps the image would be more dynamic if the sharp focus were moved either up or down - Out of the center of the shot. Overall, good work!
