The blurred background makes a very cool halo effect around the caterpillar, and the compostiion is strong. Nice work!

There is something in the corner, like a leaf that's out of focus...makes it look like a dirty spot. Other than that I like the picture, colors are nice...though there doesn't seem to be a lot of negative space what there is does help it.

The empty space doesn't really help the piece...it would have the same feel if it was cropped closer to the lemon as it does now.

My eye seems to like the waves more than the actual subject...they seem to compete for attention too much for me. The picture itself seems to be taken well, nice and crisp, the picture just doesn't seem to hold my interest.
