A Place To Restby GolferDDSComment: The title made me search for the meaning, the old piers guided me to it. I like this one. |

Arrivalby ace flymanComment: I tried to do something similar -- but I found that I couldn't get high enough to really see the runway. I 4-wheeled right up to the airport perimeter fence and set an 8-foot ladder on the top of my chevy blazer and snapped away until airport security came out to ask what the heck I was doing. Then I didn't even wind up using the shots.
I think that, as with my shots, a higher vantage point would work better to show the runway's "leading lines" -- but I like the color in your shot. |

Inbetween Gamesby mahobbesComment: I like this. I think it would have been spectacular if you could have somehow managed it during a game with an ump, catcher, batter and pitcher in there. As it is, I'm left wishing the lines were drawing me into -- something. |

Passage to Atlantisby charmayneComment: I like the idea of this shot. The color of the water is a nice contrast to the brown/grey of the pillars. The water droplets in the air I think are distracting and they get in the way of where I'm trying to look. |

Focused on the Huntby beamsclanComment: Great shot! Very clear, and you can really see the bird is actively hunting. I didn't give it a 10, because I really want to see his eye, but the light angle just doesn't quiet allow it. 9. Your shot was my top pick. |

Basement Doorby codauberComment: I like the "looking-through-the-door" idea here. I'm wondering if it would be more effective to have the darkness be on the *other* side of the door -- so we're looking at the darkness rather than looking at the light. I dunno... I'm just rambling I guess. 6 |

Bird on a Wireby MrsFuzzButtComment: This is a waxwing, right? Very pretty birds. It's too bad the lighting wasn't more on the bird to give finer detail and to separate his eye and beak a little better. 5 |

Crane-ial Nerveby alanbataarComment: Crazy perspective! I have to bump your score at least one just for being up there to take this shot! 8 |

House of Cardsby ChasSourekComment: Mesmerizing. I really like this shot and how the shadows play into the pattern. I have to stretch a little to make it fit into the Construction theme. 8 |
