I can't really tell what I'm looking at here. What are the dark and light areas? Am I looking through a broken window? Sorry... but I just can't tell what I'm looking at. Better focus *might* help me... But with the lack of focus, the size of the image, the B&W, the chain link fence across the whole image, and the odd dark and light sections, I just don't get it. 2

Looks like a sharper blade is in order! I like this shot. It doesn't make me think Construction entirely -- I'm curious about what's being built here. I think I'd see Construction more clearly if it were a 2x4 or 2x6 or something more than just a surfaced plank. 5

I'm confused at what I'm looking at. Is this some kind of structure going up? Or is it a structure that's come down? I don't know how you could have done better, but the cars, bicycles, pedistrians, and stop lights are a distraction.
