Having just gone through a funeral, this gives me chills. Reminds me of forgotten loves.

I like that the focus keeps drawing me over to the left flower, and the shallow DOF. Very nice Bear, as always.

I don't think I did a lot on this. maybe a little sharpening, and I tend to throw a bit of neat image on.

For the desat, I took a copy of the color, added an adjustment layer for channel mixer then merged the two and erased just the flower so the original showed through

I may have run the sharpening tool over her eyelashes, and I probably sharpened by filter, then used a blur tool over the hair to bring it back to not so pixelated.

I did a LOT of dodging on most of these pictures because it was very bright outside.

Yes it would fit the current challenge. Unfortunately I had it done before the challenge was announced, so... shrug.

I'm gonna be gone the last week of the month, trying to get things done in advance.

Besides I've used her face so often in the last couple 30 day challenges, that I have a feeling she'd not go over well in a full challenge.

Wanted a super smooth almost plastic looking effect. I believe I achieved it.

The Betta is actually a Black Copper, so he looks pretty much the same with or without color.

The Loaches werent' very happy with me, but they lived through it. (One did jump out at one time)

I didn't go with color, because in achieving the white white and crystal clear on the glass that I wanated, the fish ended up yellow instead of their normal dark red/orange.

I'm still learnings about lights, and I'm not unhappy with this picture, score's a little lower than I expected, but is ok. Still better than my average. :)

Ohh I hate those cactus... They make me feel like I'm surrounded by ghosts....

But on the photo side. Very nice I like the sillouette effect.

I like it as well. The tones make it seem almost like a wood carving out of some roots. Very nice.
