Fallsby travis_cooperComment: You got the technical side ok.
A good pic needs to lead the viewers eye into the picture. This shot blocks out the middle so you do not follow the water up the building to the tower. If you can, try taking the shot from the higher level and see if it has more interest. Possibly try a night shot.
From someone who has learned a lot from this site - keep on trying, listening and you will improve. Good luck.
