Excellent shot, great clarity where you need it and excellent colour for background. The only suggestion I can offer is to try a frame. This may remove some of the niggles about cutting the ear off.
Congratulations on the draw.
As for the name, our labrador is called Lace and the 19 year old tabby is called Willow. Antipodeans always seem to get things upside down!!!!!! haha??????

Italy may have beaten Ghana but this is such a special pic I thought I'd add my conngrats anyway.
Lighting is special on the hair and it helps the balance to have the subject on this side of the pic with the shadows nearer the edge.
Sharpness and clarity are excellent.
Subjects expression is intriguing, almost but not quite looking into the lens.
Background contains interest
Overall a special capture, well done.

This challengge required an empty room - no evidence of that here. The model should take up less space - using a thirds line - of the frame and the room needs to be shown.

Lighting is perhaps a shade strong, lovely idea and excellent angle especially the rectangle of light on the floor. Consider changing the position of the model within the frame to a slightly stronger place.

Nice and sharp - Having taken this shot myself I know how difficult it can be (IMAGE_ID=257111). Next time I will combine two different exposures to avoid the blowouts. Good luck.
