Sidetrackedby silverscreenComment: I like the various colors of rust on this shot. The contrasting green & white add interest as well. I'm left wanting to see more of this relic, but don't know if seeing more would have made it better. |

Rail Runnerby klie0500Comment: An interesting shot and a neat looking train. The sky is a little blown out at the right hand side of the frame. It might have been lessened if you changed your position by moving up the track a bit more and getting a shot of the front of the loco, but also including the side of the cars on left going into the distance. Don't know if I explained that correctly, but good work just the same. |

Baldwin Engine Rustedby madcrabberComment: I like this photo. The contrasting colors and textures are very nice. I would have rotated the crop a bit to make the "Superheater" plaque line up with the top of the frame. Good job. |

Canadian Pacific Railroadby Len ScapComment: Wow, wouldn't it be fun to take a train through that kind of scenery! Very nice capture. I would have liked the sky to have a bit more contrast. I'm not sure, but it looks like the photo might have been oversharpened. There is a white halo around all of the mountains. |

Days Endby lenox114Comment: Nice photo and fitting Title. Although I am not a "rule of thirds" fanatic, I think this photo might have benefited from it's use. I would have cropped a large portion off the left, moving the engine into the "magic spot" I don't think the buildings and billboards add to the photo. I do like the color of the sky contrasting with the silver and yellow of the train. |

Drawbridge over the Canal, Daybreakby Bear_MusicComment: Nice symmetrical photo. The angles of the bridge are interesting and the sun casts a nice clow on the rails and bridge. Unfortunately, the sun also seems a bit bright to the left of the photo, causing the blue sky to be all but washed out. Otherwise, a nice photo. |

don't touch my cabooseby skewsmeComment: Again, the lonley caboose. Although this one seems to have been abandoned with a "buddy". Nice colors, but the front of the caboose seems a bit dark. Hard to see any detail there. I think you could have cropped a bit tighter, (less sky) to improve the shot. |

Troon Scotlandby mortyComment: This photo looks a bit washed out to me. There seems to be a haze over the tracks, like glare from a window. |

Horsepowerby Rino63Comment: Woody, you'll do anything to enter a challenge. I like that about you, so I'm giving you a 5. If there had been a cow in your cowcatcher, I might have bumped it to a 7! |
