Unusual Friendshipby sndsgnl1Comment: The only problem is that it looks like the turtle is pushing the fish away. Very nice colors though. |

I agree, the lineless is much cleaner, and gives it less of a tilted feel... I am really impressed with all of your work. Keep it up. |

Bodhisattva by labudsComment: We are waiting for your answer, sir. lol. Let me guess, you are sitting on your mouth? Or maybe your eye doesn't like being banged against a keyboard?
It was a 24 sec exposure, so I'm guessing that the eye was selectively lit and then the hand lit after in the same place. Judging from the reflection in the eye, it was a flashlight. Great work! Message edited by author 2005-03-16 08:53:13. |

Nightbulb by scalvertComment: Wow, you managed to completely circumvent the rules about spot editing in this one, without really circumventing them at all. I mean, great idea and execution... but questionable ethics man. I hope the photo of the moon was at least yours. ;-) Message edited by author 2005-03-16 08:43:04. |

My Evil Mouseby conceptphotoComment: Originally posted by gloda: Too lazy to get off your computer, aren't you? Your picture is too dark and the contrast is too strong. I am tempted to become nasty with you, as you have no right to call me lazy. I work six days a week, and often late nights waiting tables, and I am a student, and a part time farrier, and on top of that, I try to make time for these contests. Your comment is way out of line. I have yet to see a photo which portrays a mouse in this fashion. Maybe you should adjust your monitor if you think its "too dark." I happen to appreciate this little element of the photo called, "dramatic emphasis." If you are going to comment on a photo, call the photographer lazy, and give it a three, you should at least tell me how you think it could be better... all you said was "With different camera settings you might have captured the laser's glow much better." "Different camera settings?" Maybe you should have thought about that before blurting it out. Message edited by author 2005-03-16 18:19:20. |
