This is one of the best uses if neg. space I have seen here. The white background is appropriate (and hence makes the photo work well). Perhpaps the pen is a little too out of fcus for my liking, was the focus intentional? I like the shadow. Scores highly for use of neg. space, loses a little because of focus. Excellent work overall!

How about a wall with just one window placed in the corner, with the curtains undrawn, with the viewer having a clear view of the room's contents / inhabitants? I think that the sky, balconies and number windows are too distracting. Also, the angle of the shot is just not right. However, you deserve credit for trying an imaginative shot.

Visually, more appealing than Noel and / or Liam. I think a more equal balance of earth and sky would improve this photo. Nevertheless, a decent shot.

Nice photo but I feel more contrast with the background would be better. Also, the blinds are focused on the left but not on the right. I think it should be all or nothing, if you catch my drift. However, this is not a bad photo by any measure.

This seems strange to me, sort of cold, soul-less even. You need people in the photo to create feeling. How about a sillhouette visible against the passing train? However, I must give you credit for trying an imaginative way of using neg. space.

Where's the negative space? I don't see what the point of this photo is, unfortunately. And the title begs the question 'What point are you trying to make?'
