If you are focusing on your tree as your entry I wouldn't say it is a bummer, It is the sign of new life to replace what has been destroyed. Not a bad pic though.

Don't quite understand the 'bummer' part in this entry unless it means that it is a lone flower and all the others have died. I would think this would then be a celebration on behalf of the flower because it survived. Maybe I'm just not getting it though. The flower seems a little blurry to me and the image a little dark. A little more light and sharpness would of made this a very nice pic.

This was a little rushed as I only uploaded the image 5 minutes before voting began. I agree that the image should have been sharper and after playing with it a little I found so many areas I could have improved on.
