Awesome shotâ€Â¦ Artistically well done, love the lighting effects – aren’t CD's wonderful light reflectors.

Superb – can't fault the shot. Great drama created by those powerful symmetrical lines. Even the red blobs work – though they do draw the eye away from the picture as whole while you work out what they are. Nice colour combinations too. I'm glad you didn't fall into the temptation of B&W for this. (9)

Fantastic composition, great lighting and overall, it's a wonderful shotâ€Â¦ I think you've got this spot on. Now, this is going to sound a little pedantic, but I think the shot is perhaps a little too goodâ€Â¦ What? Yeah, ok, it's not easy to explain, but the shot is composed for the frog, not the reflection, and therefore the eye will not see reflections without searching for them. I spotted the frog, took in the image, smiled and then thought this is great, but there isn't a reflection anywhere. Then looked again; no reflectionâ€Â¦ Then again, ahh, the penny droppedâ€Â¦ I've got to mark the shot down because of this. But be assured, if the challenge had been nature, it would have got the maxâ€Â¦ ( 7 ) Great shot, keep shootingâ€Â¦

This is pretty amazing. You can only tell it's a reflection by looking at the weeds. Great shooting. Personally, I'd have cropped the rock, it draws the eye away from the main subject area. Nonetheless, it's still a first class effort. (9)

If this doesn't win – I'llâ€Â¦ well, I don't know what I'll doâ€Â¦ This is just so totally superb I can't even begin to try and find fault. The idea, the effort, and those sublime (twins?) kids really make this one of the best pictures I have seen to date on any challenge. (100) If any one scores this less than 10, they should be banned from the site :o) Awesomeâ€Â¦ Good luckâ€Â¦

This is just superbâ€Â¦ I really love the colours and the way they all work seamlessly to produce a really pleasing overall image. The curved area – top left third – is a little bit of a negative; mainly because it draws the eye away from the central subject; this is also true, but much less so, of the tile line at the base. Other than those– really tiny – points, the picture is flawless, interesting and artistic. The lighting is pure perfection; this just compliments the colour beautifully. The soft lighting and creamy colours – and superb DOF I might add – when combined produce a feeling of purity and innocence within the shotâ€Â¦ Wonderful, truly wonderful. (10+++) First class photography – you've made it look easyâ€Â¦

This is a wonderful shot, and I can see symmetry, and I can see beauty, it's technically superb - but I can't really see any reflection in the shot, I 'm really sorry, but I don't think it meets the challengeâ€Â¦ (4)

Nice idea, works really well. Great use of colour, first class still life. It is hard to say if there isn’t a mirror involved and I like that, if there is – it's well disguised, if there isn't it's well doneâ€Â¦ in fact, I like the shot the more I look at it. (10)

This is a superb idea that's been very neatly done. However, DOF lets it down quite a bit; I think had the glasses also been in sharp focus and the surrounding background were totally black, this would have been a masterpiece. I'd try shooting this again in manual mode, set F8 – or higher if possible – experimenting with the shutter speed to get the right background exposure. Other than that, keep shooting it's a great shot – (7)
