I don't like the border at all. I would like the head of the rusty screw to be in sharper focus and the extreme shallow DOF is a bit overdone for my liking.

Lovely old church. Since moving to Australia from the UK one of the few things I miss is old buildings like this.

The picture comes across as a bit 'flat' to me though and doesn't really hit my spot for some reason. I think this would have been nicer if you got it early morning or at dusk when the light was more favourable.

I'll be blunt here. It is one of my pet hates when someone gives a photo the title of the challenge. Surely you could have come up with SOMETHING other than old & new.

The image itself is great. I love the lighting, very moody. The camera strap adds interest and colour. I love the picture on the phone too, it really adds to the theme.

One of the best 'old camera vs new camera' entries I have seen so far. Gets my 7, but would be an 8 if it weren't for that title, sorry!
