See, no wrinkles. I like the composition and the setting here. I don't generally like this kind of a family photo: posing, with induced smiles. Nothing personal, and absolutely nothing against the models. It just doesn't make much sense for me from the photography viewpoint.

Of technical aspects, you might want to either take shots like this farther from walls, or diffuse the flash with a diffuser or by bouncing it off of the ceiling. That would make the shadows on the wall much less defined.
