don't know how you did this.... get an admin note this looks like 2 VERY different pictures... you can tell by the brigtness of the left matchbox, and the right matchbox, also the light source seems to come from "behind" the left candel, but it seeams the ONLY light source in the right is the candle because of the shadow on the matchbox, even though it is EXACTLY in the same position as the candle in the left image.....

you need to light from the front as well as the side... still life shouln't have shadows that are under or to the side IMHO... one easy thing would be to use the flash...

I'm sorry but this photo doesn't apeal to me. AT ALL. The face of the cat is VERY overexposed ( use less flash, or stand back more). It also looks like the focus point is beoynd the cat (the white wall infact). To aliveate this, you could turn on the macro function (if your camera has it), or you could hold a magnifing glass next to your lens to "focus" on the subject. 1

this may be the WORST photo of the whole challenge. I don't even know what your are taking a picture of... a fire sprinkeler? anyways, the color grains are horrible, don't make the picture "larger"... perhaps it would help to use the flash also... 1
