Fiery Crossby kmbr2001Comment: It's a good image, but I would have moved the camera to the right so that the sun was hidden behind the cross. The Cross would then fracture the sun and it would appear as if the sun's glow was emenating from the cross itself as Jesus' light. |

window2.jpgby grigrigirlComment: I like this image very much, but I would have had her feet underneath the dress (her knees bent leaning facing the window), with her hands pillowed on her lap holding the bouquet. This position, to me, seems a bit rigid, and she looks "propped up". A bit stiff. But the lighting is gorgeous. |

Three Orange Ladiesby dartompkinsComment: this composition might work better if there was a wider DOF used. Having one flower in focus removes the triangle shape you're composing from the picture. The lone flower becomes the subject, and while it's beautifully rendered, it's not the point of the challenge. |

Triangular Supportby bryanbrazilComment: I see the triangles, but I'd be hard pressed to say that it's the emphasis of the photo. It's more incidental. If you zoomed in, or took the shot from a different perspective, it would work better for me. As it stands now, and with the trees behind the bridge, the framework blends into the landscape, removing the subject (the triangles) from the scene all together. |

Breaking the Surfaceby B-RollComment: Great DOF, however I would have liked to see the object a little more to the right (pan the camera, don't move the object), and a little more in focus. I think it's a bit over exposed...the puddle in the center of the piece takes my focus away from the triangle. -5 |
