If only I could go deeperby hdogg4uComment: If this is really a candid shot of someone you don't know, you better hope he doesn't see this, or he'll come looking you. |

Surveillanceby NovaTigerComment: Nice candid shot, but I'm not sure the selective desat was neccessary here. For me anyway. |

Wait for me!by jmleliiComment: What would have been a better candid shot would be a clear close up of the kids watching, or any other people watching. The clown's picture was expected to be taken, if you know what I mean. Still a good picture though. |

Kissy Beakby ClubJuggleComment: Would have a great photo if the focus was a little better. The left shoulder and staff patch seems to be more in focus then the face and the bird. |

The Short Cutby ColeyComment: I like the picture for the picture's sake. But were you just hanging around the train tracks, and this girl just happened to walk by? And she didn't know you were taking her picture? I know that sounds like I'm being sarcastic, but I'm really not. |

Still alone waitingby PascalComment: I like this picture, nice candid moment. This is what this challenge is all about. Perhaps cropping out the gabage can would have made a little better. Maybe maybe not. Still a nice picture. |

H N Yby DufusComment: Great picture of fireworks display. But as I'm sure others are telling you, there's nothing candid about it. |

Heading for the Marketby TiberiusComment: Great candid photo. I'm thinking maybe a shorter depth of field (or a crop), with the focus on the white haired gentleman in the front. He is by far the most interesting subject in the photo. But it still works like this too, catching everyone on their way to the market. |

Old ladyby sahkoComment: I think one will do very well, because it is a great photograph. But you may lose some points because she is looking directly at you, so there is no telling if it is really candid or not. Maybe she turned to look at you the moment you pressed the shutter button, maybe she was looking at you the whole time. It's a great portrait regardless. |
