the first part of the dayby oferashelComment: Took me a few minutes to work out what this was a shot of, not that there's anthing wrong with that. I suppose it was difficult to know where to crop this shot, what to leave in and what to miss out? Interesting because of its unusual viewpoint. Nice tones. Having said that I think it needs a more dramatic light source to lift it higher in the voting. I know that was probably out of your control. |

Bridge Bitsby lagavulinComment: I wonder if this might have been better if you had concentrated on just the bridge beams and left out the trees and the concrete pillar? The light is great casting the shadows and warming the scene. Its a very "busy" shot and difficult to left the eye rest anywhere. |

Frazzled Edgesby nomadicdragonComment: I liked the colours in this shot, the texture and the detail, emphasized by the shallow DOF. Good work. |

Part four.by parrotheadComment: I like this shot because of the uniquness I think and the tones used. Its nicely framed. The left rear leg somehow seems to dominate the shot a bit though. Hope you use a telephoto, dangerous to get too close behine a horse ;-) |

gitarpartby HeidieComment: Nice tonal range, I'm not sure about the framing, it seems a little top heavy perhaps. Also a darker background would have brought out the main subject more, especially the thumbscrew handles, in my opinion. Nice shot though. |

neglectedby willemComment: The tones in the shot are very nice, gives that old feel to it. I,m not sure the straight on angle is the best though. Well done. |

Old cottageby xoaoComment: Brings out the texture of the old wood really well. Nicely cropped. Couldn't help myself from wondering what that is on the other side though, which distracted me from the main subject. |
