Good composition - perhaps too good, because my eye is lead away from your hand to the flower on the end, so the "touch" is kind of missing for me.

I'm stunned. This is the first photo to come up for voting, and I'm blown away. You Perfect use of lighting - it's like he's being pulled from the darkness. The colors are clear & effective. His expression and her calming hand is very touching. In the whole "tactile vs. emotion" debate going on in the forum I was leaning toward tactile, but this has opened my eyes that it doesn't have to be one or the other. Great photo!

my first inclination was to dismiss it as "too blurry, I don't like the focus on the ball", but the more I study it, the more I like it.
