Now how do I turn this thing onby YomiComment: The bird is beautiful, unfortunately the father tail is not complete, which is like cutting off feet from a person. This IMHO negatively affects the composition. Your negative space is not pleasing. If this is your bird, you have a great chance of shooting very atractive photos. Look for the birds eyes, and find the correct background. |

Timeout...by dltruexComment: This is very creative, fun and well executed. It is very hard to iluminate shining metal without flares. The details in the composition are great, such as the sea shells. It reminds me of Sponge Bob Square Pants (don't ask why). It seems you were the one chosen this week to provide the idea for next weeks challenge, which is humor, for which this image and title would have been perfect. |

Stranger In A Strange Landby BadPiggComment: This complies very well with the challenge and is technically well executed. The focus is quite good. IMHO the composition is overcrowded, and the abundance of elements becomes too distracting. There are at least 6 of them in focus, not counting the complicated foliage background, and I think 2 would have been more than enough. |

Bug casings? I thought they were noodles!by justineComment: This is technically very well acheived, and the dry noodles are certainly strange, but IMHO the cork should have been left out of the composition, since it's texture and color do not match atractively with the other 2 elements. I am also not very sure about the title, so perhaps the problem is that I am not understanding that the stranger is the cork... |

Two Tribesby albright1Comment: Great imagery. Perfect compliance with the challenge. I think it might have a bit of overcontrasting, perhaps in post-production. A little softer light, colors and focus would provide a more stylish feel to the image, considering it represents a far away desertic land. The feet of the person o the lower left corner should be complete, although I do not know if they appear in the original, since it seems to be a candid shot. The choice of frame is very good. |

Colorsby JackoComment: Very pretty image. The black background is the best choice, it makes it elegant and atractive. Technically very good. I understand that the challenge required the stranger in the area, but I hope you have a few shots without the colored clips, because IIMHO the colors are not adequate for this composition. |

Lematoe Juice by SonifoComment: This is very well executed and composed. Light and focus are precise. Now from my personal stand point, I̢۪m already tired of fruits and vegetables, especially tomatoes. I am looking forward for creativity surprises, above and beyond technical achievement, which I consider a given trait for a submission to a challenge. |
