Dont think it gets better than this, great image, composed awesome, and I love the crisp, clean, clear image. The water in the back goes right up to the edge of the levels, and then the darks under the bridge, so well balanced, and great shades of grey for the shot. I love it.

OK, I'm floored that this didn't finish top 10 at the very least, I scored a 10 with only 1 other that scored 22. I must be really out of the loop. I wanted to say that this is a magnificent photo, and one I truly enjoyed all the way around. I can't find critique, so I won't be helpful there...I just really like the shot. Great shot.

my eyes must really be deceiving me, I had this as my top choice for the challenge, and I'm really confused by its placement of 22. I mean that is a good finish, but I don't see the critique in the photo, its a great capture, and I am at a loss.

I love the way the sky is contrasted by the Mountains, what mountain is this anyway? I also love the balance that you achieved with the rows of corn, very pleasing to the eye. The top left of the mountains grows dark, but not distracting, and doesn't bother me a bit...love it. Country living, that is what I'm about, and you did a great job of capturing that setting. Very inspiring. thank you.

Lighthouse

Even though the rule of thirds is well practiced here, I almost missed the lighthouse. I did miss it actually, until i read the title. I loved it after seeing it up there, with its beautiful amber light, I just wish it was more prolific in the capture. It doesn't take away a huge part, because the rest of the photo has been done so well. great job.
