I wasn't really sure what was happening in this picture at first. I don't mind the blur of movement but I would like to see the subject a little better. There is also no "fear" factor that I can ascertain...

Thanks for the comments! I'm amazed that I am in the top 10 with the score I got. The green spot is a dead pixel which shows up in low light situations. The mask is a Michael Myers ("Halloween") mask that I have had since High School (~10 years ago). I pretty much just propped the head up on a sheet covered vacuum in front of another black sheet with a work lamp pointed at the mask. I then placed myself close to the camera for the close up "wild-eyed" effect...
