Silent Majorityby Gene L.Comment: Whoa - too much Photoshop! Very distracting. I think the sepia tones of this would have worked really well without adjusting any of the levels. |

something has come over usby heartsdivideComment: I feel this photo would have more to offer if I could better understand what the the primary subject is supposed to be. I don't know if it's supposed to be the "Dinettes" sign or all the sea of wire. |

We Got Burnedby timichelComment: Fire shots are difficult to get before the combustible is consumed! Good job. |

Corporate Leftoversby gigageekComment: Whoa! Too much manipulation. I think I would have really liked this photo in it's original form. |

Weatheredby balynchComment: Good job finding texture in something that most people take for granted. This poor thing looks like it has had a rough history, and your picture does a good job illustrating that. The abstract angle makes this picture more interesting, and gives us more texture in the frame to view. |

Dark and stormy nightby jkirkla1Comment: Thanks for all the great comments on this. It was a fun shot to get and most people seemed to understood it. "Gotcha" got it the most (coincidence) - I was intentionally trying to capture in low light, as a visually impaired person doesn't need the same lighting that others might. It came out a bit on the yellow side (though the paper really is yellow). I probably should have adjusted the whitebalance a little more to see if it would reduce the yellow some and still give the same effect. This photo was unaltered in Photoshop aside from a little cropping to get rid of a crease in upper right side of the paper. |

watch on linenby camelotnorthComment: To me it seems like the whitebalance is a little off on this shot. There seems to be a lot of blue in the image |

Screwedby karmatComment: Something about this just works for me - I think maybe it's the colors and the insanity of screwing a sponge. |

Skin so Softby kathleenmComment: I was wondering if anyone would do a soft or smooth texture instead of the anticipated rough. Nice to see a break from the norm. |
