Moonsetby cloudsmeComment: Interesting idea. I think it could be better if you had increased your exposure time so that the lights from the cars streaked more. Also, this would lighten the sky a bit, pehaps improving the photo. Good creativity, though! |

Ski area landscape.by cathysappComment: Wow! That snow is BRIGHT! Might want to play around with your white balance a bit so that the highlights aren't as blown out. I'm sure the snow has more detail to it than can be seen here. I like your creativity, though. |

Portrait of a Landscapeby DianaComment: Pretty colors, but lacks a definite subject. My eyes are drawn to the barn, because it's bright red and in an otherwise "empty" part of the photo, but then they get pulled down to the trees at the bottom because there are just so many of them. I think if this shot were composed a bit differently, it would work. I do like your attempt to do something out of the ordinary by shooting a landscape vertically, though. |

Smoulderingby GertComment: Good idea - I think you could have used a little bit of light to brighten up the shadows here. I think it would still have the effect you want, but here a lot of details are lost. Might want to play around with 'Levels' a bit. |

A Late September Viewby dw_photoComment: Terrific DOF! I agree that the clouds really make the picture, but the hills are pretty good, too. Nice work! |

There You Are!by MakkaComment: Great capture of her expression! Nicely composed, too. Good job of not over exposing the white of the dress. |

Hehehe - yep, you're exactly right. He did shove the whole thing in his mouth at once. I wish it wasn't so out of focus, but I'm just happy to have captured the moment. |

Urban landscapeby bjvermeulenComment: Although the clouds are interesting, I think it would have been good if you had cropped out some of the sky and zoomed in more on the buildings. Nice shot, though! |
