I like these warm set of colors. What I don't like is the lack of focus in the middle area. The very OOF center leads my eye towards the top of the image then it is driven by the texture further to the very top-right corner where I feel cornered, losing all the other details.

Where's "city life"? I know, I know... city upgrades or new homes for the less fortunate ones. But still, I miss the story. Technical side: it seems the dynamic range of your camera can't handle this composition with bright sky in the top left corner and deep shadows in the pipes.

This shutter speed doesn't really work for me. I'd prefer either a much longer or much slower exposition (with the proper compensation of course). It's also a bit underexposed for my taste. What I really like is the theme itself.

I was looking for a long time for an image that fits the challenge. (This is how I used to start voting usually.) Now, after looking at many shots, I found it, and I found a good quality one. Yes, this is really about city life in theme, composition, color, feeling. Unfortunately it's so hard for me to read the banner, but that's all I don't like about this shot. Grats.
