LOVE the photo!! However in my mind, rust is not really the subject here. True there is some rust in the photo, but to me, this photo just doesn't seem to fit for this challenge. I do love everything else about it!

I like the idea of shooting a famous icon but NOT having it be the subject. I like the colors and the composition for the most part. I only wish that it was shot with a more straight on point of view to the fence and with a little deeper depth of field so that the whole fence was in focus. It may have worked really well as a square crop as well. All in all, I like it. 7
