This is definitely a mundane object shown in a brand new light. Great shot!

Great sharpness where it is needed. The braid held the highlights well, but unfortunately some of the detail was lost in the leather areas.

Very nice. I like the soft touch which does seem like a "dream" shot. The moon light may be a bit blown out which may mean that a few less seconds of exposure time may be in order.

Great shot!

The vase is very well done. But I have a problem with the flowers. Even though they are wilted, there is entirely too much color which makes it, in my opinion, alive.

Very well done. I am looking at this in the dark. Thanks, now I have the willies. The only thing I don't care for is the catch lights in the eyes. They look fake to me. They are NOT bright and shiny, just a dull afterthought. I like!

The one thing I have noticed about these type of shots (Steven Spielburgish, Low angle, shooting high) is that most of them are never level. Always a tilt one way or the other. Yours tilts to the right.

While everyone knows the "four corners" are N, S, E, W, the vane obliterated N and E.

I took this picture while waiting for my daughter to get of the bus.

So you have time to study on how to get all of the elements lined up where everything is just right.

The mood of the picture is great. The darkening clouds and the silhouette of the vane just emphasizes the coming storm.

And lastly, the Challenge you entered this photo in, Garage Art, does not fit the theme. It said "Created IN, not sitting ON.

Good idea, but, IMO, some cropping is in order. Just some off of the top.

A great "Hand" shot that should be on your wall.
