I used to live in Tampa - LOVE the beaches in Pinellas county. Anyway, this shot is funny, because if you had turn the camera sideways to include the whole beak, and it was in focus, this would go from the last page to the first page. just my opinion.

You know what? I actually dig this picture. Very abstract. I think I see a tree in the background possibly, but that's beside the point. it's as if the focus is outside this window on a bright, rainy morning, but it's so bright out, your can't see anything. The contrast takes all the recognizable objects away, and you're left with this nonobjective piece of art.

I actually like it a lot. Please don't let the score discourage you... You should see my first few entries! In fact, go look at them for real. Mine weren't even good photos.

Stick with DPC. You'll develop a style, and you'll learn from the comments you receive. Not from all of them, but by some of them for sure.
