The house is slanted. Check for perspective and rotate when necessary. Also, the tree leaves jetting in on the sides are terribly distracting. Clone out or crop out.

Was there a real need to cut out the egret? The lines are a bit harsh in the selection borders, makes the image look like a pasted on collage.

Ouch, too much saturation!!! Tone it down a bit, this only serves to make the image look fake. You are getting some color noises because of oversaturation and contrast. Use in moderation to recreate the scene, not to alter the colors completely. Otherwise, I like the composition and mood.

Use a diffused flash and a ND filter to darken the sky a bit. I think the flare took away some of the contrast in the background too.

Bottom too dark. A graduated ND filter would've helped lighten up the bottom. Needs a foreground subject.
