For me there is not much here. It appears to be two horses eating in the rain. No real wow factor for me here. Perhaps a stronger contrast would give a bit more life to the image.

Night time in Fog City

This is a nice timed shot. The depth and perspective are nice. However for me there is too much white-space at the bottom of the image and it causes a distraction. Also the haze over the buildings mutes out what I think could be a great colour. I know you cannot change the haze/clouds whatever was there. Perhaps a night where the sky is a bit clearer?

Nice image of the zebras, though there is no real pop factor for me and the letter boxing does not do anything for me.

The Elephant in the Room

The elephant being nearly the only thing in stark focus was easy to see. However for me, this appears to be a snapshot of a cat. For cat lovers and owners Im sure it is cute, but for the rest of us, it is only a simple snapshot.

Pipes and Pumps

This room has so much potential for great photography. However the dreamy effect used here does not offer it. It appears to have a slight blur on everything and does not pop like I would expect it too. The mid-range contrasts are extremely flat and offer no depth of character with all that texture.

Christmas Cabin

I enjoy the concept here. Though for me, I think with how well this can stand out it would have been served better to capture it later at night with a wider shot so it could be a beacon of sorts in the woods.

Winter Stream

For me, there is no appeal to this image. Because of the style I cannot or I should say it is difficult to make the difference between the frozen water and the extended water. The fall appears to be a huge pile of bright snow but there is nothing there to tell me water. For me it just does not hold any weight.

Soul Struggling

The item on the left appears to be a giraffe in the water. I cannot clearly see what it is and with the dark nature of the image it distracts. I am assuming I am looking at water because of small elements which give it away but overall there is no appeal.

Last Light

Lovely colour on the clouds and the hill has nice clarity. It is a lovely scenic shot but does not give me enough pop for the challenge.

Bright Nights

This has potential. The contrasts work well as does the blurred clouds and strong structural lines. Just does not push enough for me, this perspective may be nice, much nicer than straight on, but the huge dark square in the lower middle frame just makes the viewer feel as if their view is blocked and they cannot see the whole picture.
