house.jpgby mkComment: to bad it didn't get accepted. But I saw the picture you posted as the winner last year...and, well...enough said. Their loss.
Can I ask why you decided on a softer version?
This is the MN fair? Next year I swear I'm going to send something in. Especially seeing that picture that won.
If you want I'll erase this comment. Don't want to mess up your presentation.

Turn Left at Lunaby GeneralEComment: I like how the moon and the arrow are so totally disconnected. Not something that I would expect. Keeps me asking why it's there, in that particular spot. What's the relationship. |

Runby JutildaComment: a picture of grace. I like the processing, gives some motion action and softens the picture in a lovely manner. The backlight outline is fine.
I think the grassy area between the legs could be softened a little more.
I'd rotate it a bit to give the illusion she's bounding uphill, too. Well, I guess her legs aren't in a bounding formation but the tilt would give it more tension. maybe not. hmm |

house.jpgby mkComment: Looks like a house just off the highway up in the St Cloud/Rice area. How'd it do at the fair? |

by jmritzComment: It's a symphony of lines. Mother nature gazes down on her earth. Her hands are hidden so she is acting as any good parent would and letting her children find the solutions to their own self-inflicted troubles. But she is always aware, always present. |
