I liked the photo but didn't understand the light streaks particularly if they were intentional.. I thought that they detract from an otherwise really nice shot.

just a very thought provoking photo. I like to look at these without the photo name first. I think it took me a while to realize this was a binding at all then it really became interesting. One can nearly smell that pungent old moldy book smell. really unique take on the tunnel theme.

As I progressed through this series of pictures it became apparent that I am personally more drawn to those photos with geometric features over those with natural features. The thing I like best with your photo is that although there is an implied "direction" there are no orientation markers except for the apparent trackway at the bottom. I actually had to study the picture a bit to come to a conclusion as to the nature of the photo. exceptional display of offset perspective and good use of DOF. I like it a lot.
