I am just a beginner any comments and critiques are welcome. I got one comment during the challenge about it being in the middle of the photo.... I did not think it was. I clearly see more space on the right of the photo than the left. Should it have been all the way to one side of the picture? Am I doing better making sure the focus is not too soft?

I guess I should say that this was a set up. I used to work as a Driver's Improvement Instructor and I often thought how ironic it would be if I would ever get careless and get a ticket after all the emphasis I put on paying attention to your speed and not speeding. The office giving the ticket was this lady's husband and he said he would love to help out. He is very tall so it was hard to get all of him and her in one photo.

I like the black and white. You might try to adjust the angle so that the top of the ceiling isn't at the top of the photo. A clean line there would have been nice.
