Midlife Crisisby mnastComment: I think a more sepia color who make the feeling of the composition better. Currently is a bit too yellow. Glad you were able to include a nice shadow on the side. This helps to give you a feeling of the shiny surface of the metal on the vehicle. |

Lambeau Field Dumpsterby mnastComment: The colors make this almost feels like a computer generated shot. The position that you took the shot makes your eyes focus on the dumpster. The brick wall and the flat wall's lines also makes your eyes follow toward the dumpster. The great green color helps with this also. The trash heap at the top seems spotlite has if it was an actor on a stage. This is a great find. |

Mother Earth Let Me Go!by mnastComment: Great dynamic action shot. I would be good to see a close up of the boarder. Interesting that the tree seem to be reaching out to grab the boarder. The stop motion of the snow really gives a feeling of action. |

Blue Eyed Girlby atsxusComment: The desat of all colors except for the blue brings the viewers eyes to attention. I don't know if this is the true color of the eyes or not. Upping the satuaration of the blue while desaturating the rest of the colors will make it more vibrant and stand out even more.
I wonder what this would look like if the eyeliner's(?)color was left in. I bet it would look cool. Kind of like those makeup ads. |

It Can Go Anywhereby pmichaudComment: Closer crop of the subject and I would think it would appear in 4wheeler magazines. Cropping closer would not effect the feeling of being outdoors. I know that I tend to try to include everything in a scene all the time, but something it makes the viewers eyes wander around the scene and doesn't give the impact that it deserves.
Some levels adjustment would help to bring out the contrast a bit more. The position of the camera in the shot is perfect. This helps to give a bigger feeling of the 4wd at work. |

There's Always a Lightby pmichaudComment: Use of levels and curves would really make this composition would add an extra punch and make it pop even more. The beautiful red rocks are incredible, you can almost feel the sharp edges on them.Helps to frame your subject very well.
Tahe viewers eyes is lead through the cave toward the other end effectively with the use of the contrast of the interior of the cave and the light coming from the other end. |

Beside a long country road on my way back from the tracksby DarkRiderComment: Not sure if you have a circular polarize filter but I can see some extreme potential to up the blues with it to really make those sweeping clouds pop out of the shot.
I kind of like the fence post in the shot but it takes away from the theme of the challenge. Your eyes automatically focus in on the post because of the contrast of the sky, trees, etc. If it wasn't included the viewers eyes would follow the lines of the trees, shrub, etc.
Eye leading is what makes a shot interesting and memorable. I know that I myself need some help in this :) |

Tiny Dancersby DarkRiderComment: Beautifully captured composition. A bit more sharpness would definitely help improve the scene. Taking shots of droplet of water is very difficult, but your attempt is worth recreating as this type of shot would be very saleable.
The contrasting colors are really beautiful and make this very interesting. The colors of the ripples gives a surreal feeling.
Tiny bit of noise reduction would also help here. This is definitely a great do over shot/recreation shot. If you do please post for everybody to enjoy. |
