This isn't behind anyone and is taken from in front. Also the blur movements don't add to teh photo.

I'm guessing that you're taking a portrait of someone from behind something? But the challenge says to take a portrait while behind someone so I'm really struggling to see how this is not DNMC (I rarely do not find someway to shoe horn in someone's shot). I do like the blur and the story I feel from this shot but can't score it high due to my challenge interpretation.
