HMM. Too Much motion blur, noise and bright sun from door distracts.

Several things you can do to improve this shot.

Position youself so the open door isn't in frame. maybe stand in door to help with the low light problem. Fill flash could help with stopping he motion for you. Set the flash to fire at the end of exposure so the blur, if any, looks natural.
Faster lense would help ooodles

The lack of anything in the photo in focus is a problem. Increase your shutter speed so that you can freeze then, as this is too blurred to work
