Mini Niagaraby Captain_SkirkComment by Captain_Skirk: thanks for the comments ...
very well seems not to be too abstract ;)
i had some much bolder shots in mind however was restricted by terrain and shoes. problem 1 : right after the lil waterfall is a rather deep basin. (too deep to stand in ) fortunately i found 2 stepping stones one of them not very stable though. unfortunately the stepping stones had no idea of human anatomy so i could stand on them only in a very uncomfortable way.
to avoid falling into the basin filled with cold water with my cam i took rather fast shots...
on the other hand .. a 2 sec shot while i fall into the basin with the cam would have given the motion the missed abstraction ... i ll consider that for next abstract motion contest.
problem2: never forget a pair of rubber boots when walking in a creek .

Mini Niagaraby Captain_SkirkComment by Titia: There's motion, but very little abstract. Some playing with the curves (making it much darker) would have done the trick. |
