Thanks.. I've been planning on reshooting this from straight on- and not so blinding. It was sort of shot from the hip... then when I liked it, I thought I should do it a bit better. I thought I would throw it into the comp as is, but I didn't think it would take the beating that it did. I'll redo it for me. I still love it. If nothing else, it will go well in the kitchen.

i really like the feel of this picture. it reminds me of new york. for fill the frame it's not one of my favorite shots, but as a picture in it's own right aside from the challenge it is.

Oh! Neat idea. But what about an even tighter shot filling the frame of just the hanging meat or the meats in the cooler. . .especially on the left! The black and white shot would have provided a variety of contrasts and interesting shapes. To my way of seeing it right now, it is too busy. BOL

Havin the person in the image is a good touch. Tones are good representing a wide range. Very difficult to see much with all the detail - wish I could see a big image.

Ah, I love these delicatessen shops and can never go past one without buying some cheese of salami or something like that. I like the composition you've chosen, I am just not too sure if the B&W does this justice. These shops are so colorful with all their different products that I would have prefered to see it left in color.
