Fill 'er Upby DebN2003Comment by solarys: I might have rated higher if this were in color, I'm imagining those old red gas pumps.. Also would have liked to see the pump hose fully. |

Fill 'er Upby DebN2003Comment by C-Fox: I would have liked to see this in color, the age is sufficently carried on with the pump. Perhaps a title reflecting Nostalgia for lower gass prices? Can't read the price amount on the picture. |

Fill 'er Upby DebN2003Comment by newtune3: I usually like thigs out of center but in this case it feels off balance. It is true to the theme and I like b&w. |

Fill 'er Upby DebN2003Comment by hgpayne: Where did you find THIS machine still standing? This definitely hit my nostalgia nerve. I remember as a kid traveling across country with my parents on family vacations -- my dad wouldn't stop at a station that charged more than 30 cents per gallon. Oh, those were the days...
The photo speaks "volumes" but I think you've cropped it a bit too tight. I wouldn't cut off the right and I'd give the top more breathing room. Cutting off the nozzle and hose works for me though. Nicely done. |
