leaf spiderby alteregoComment by cpanaioti: Having your center of interest ( I presume it's the object at the center of the web) out of focus does not work here. If there was nothing in the web at all and this was just an image of a spider web then it would work better. You have captured some nice detail in the foreground to serve this alternative purpose. |

leaf spiderby alteregoComment by Imagineer: A fascinating critter but you just can't see it! If you're getting in this close it's just GOT to be sharp. Next time try coming further out (if your lens has no macro capability) and cropping the image tighter. |

leaf spiderby alteregoComment by qachyk: While I can see what look like blurry stems and leaves behind this, it doesn't really give me a strong sense of being in a garden as I'd prefer. I think B&W may have been a poor choice for this; it seems to make it that much harder to pick out the details and I think colour may have added to the garden feel. |

leaf spiderby alteregoComment by erin_m02: Nice cropping and interesting use of B&W, but the focus is a little too soft for my taste. Sorry |
