I really like the POV on this shot but sadly I think you may suffer because of the lighting, noise and the fact that it is slightly out of focus.

To be honest it in my view (an inexperienced amateur) it is easier to work on the technicals than it is to develop a creative side so you are more than half way there. Perhaps this would have looked slightly better in black and white where on occasion noise can enhance the finished product

I dont think this is going to do brilliantly in the challenge but I do really like the concept
